The Great Riverside Pi Off proudly encourages contestants to source ingredients from Riverside Arts Market vendors.
Supporting local farmers and small businesses strengthens our food system and deepens the connection between baker and community.
We encourage bakers to explore:
• Local produce vendors
• Honey and preserves makers
• Dairy providers
• Specialty ingredient artisans
Using local ingredients is not required — but it is celebrated.
The “Best Use of Local Ingredients” category highlights bakers who thoughtfully incorporate market-sourced elements into their pies.
Because great pie starts at the market.

Bring your handcrafted goods, art, jewelry, candles, apparel, or other creative products to showcase and sell.
Booth Fee: $40
Food Trucks & Beverage Vendors
Share your culinary creations with our guests from savory bites to sweet treats.
Vendor Fee: $100

Please complete the form below to apply. Once submitted, our team will review your application and notify you via email within 5–7 business days. Space is limited and curated to ensure a balanced market experience.
What You’ll Need to Apply:
• Business name and contact information
• Product or menu description
• Social media handles or website link
• Photos of your booth or products
• Required permits or food safety documentation (for food vendors only)
Important Notes
• Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
• Payment is due upon acceptance to secure your space.
• All vendors must provide their own tents, tables, and setup materials.
• Booth spaces are approximately 10x10 ft.
